The Just B Blog

I want to start this blog with a mission statement of sorts.

My aim is to collect all the best current health and fitness information, news, views and trends and subject them all to a common sense approach from a fully qualified london personal trainer. Now I am as interested as the next person in great new ways to loose weight, tone up and feel better but lets be honest one up to the minute fitness fact often contradicts another.

There is no need to worry about this inconsistency anymore because Just B is going to stick her hand into the sweetie jar of fitness facts, pull out the best ones and serve them up.
